1、 The purpose of casters
The purpose of casters is for the convenience of transportation, such as for various equipment and machines that need to be transported indoors or in buildings. It is a reinforcement for human hands. Please follow the following principles: the selected casters should be used appropriately and installed correctly according to their usage and conditions.

2. Use and Instructions for Casters 

When using casters, one should consider their usage mode, required functions, usage conditions (scope of use) in advance, and then choose the appropriate type. Please note the following:

1. Regarding the brake of casters
Due to prolonged use, there may be wear and tear on the wheels, resulting in reduced functionality of the wheels. Please be aware of this at all times. In general, the anti rotation effect of hard casters (nylon, resin, etc.) will decrease after a period of use. Regarding the anti rotation aspect, please use other anti rotation methods (such as wheel brakes, ground anti-skid, etc.) according to the safety requirements of the product or special requirements specified.  


2. Appropriate load-bearing capacity
The possible load-bearing capacity of the product introduction refers to the general load-bearing capacity that is easy to move when manually operated on flat ground, and is also a general load that can be carried out in a safe state for a long time. It is necessary to estimate the total weight of the transported object in advance, and then select suitable casters according to the allowed load. Usually, only 3 out of 4 casters are subjected to force, so the total weight limit should be calculated as theoretical * 0.8 (i.e. not too full). When using 4 casters, the limit of total weight is equal to the allowable load-bearing capacity of each (1) caster multiplied by 4 * 0.8. When mixing casters of different sizes, please use the caster with the lowest load-bearing capacity as the reference to calculate the overall maximum load-bearing capacity.

3. Regarding speed
The requirement for the speed of the casters is: in a normal temperature environment, at a speed not higher than walking speed, on a flat ground, with a certain degree of rest and working state. (Please avoid continuous (non-stop) use of the wheel pad)

 Below 2 km/h 
 Below 100mm 
 Below 4 km/h 


4. Usage conditions
Determine the diameter, material, installation method (such as board mounted and screw fixed), and type of caster (such as flexible rotating, fixed, and stopped) of the caster according to the specific equipment used for installing the caster. In short, it is necessary to weigh the existing types of casters or the various types available before selecting the most suitable one. 

5. Environmental conditions for using casters
The general production of casters is set in an indoor environment at room temperature, so it is advisable to avoid using them in special environments such as high temperature, low temperature, high temperature, high acidity, high alkalinity, high salt content, places with chemical solvents, oil, or seawater and chemical liquids that come into direct contact with the casters, which may reduce their effectiveness. When not in use, other reliable measures should be taken according to different situations, such as the material of metal appliances, the material of casters, the material of lubricating oil, etc., and a comprehensive balance should be made, taking into account that some materials may cause contamination to the ground.
